Does it really matter if she was or was not campaign coordinator for Guthrie for Sheriff?
Really, it seams like such a trivial thing, however, it is not.
If the purpose of the question is to determine Candice Schwager's CREDIBILITY, CHARACTER or ETHICS—then the Answer is a resounding YES it matters!
It matters if you are looking to Candice to represent you legally, it matters if you are considering sending her "non-profit" a donation for "holiday iPads" for autistic individuals, it matters if you are a spectator to her various radio appearances, it matters if you are part of the court proceedings for her Intoxicated Assault with a Vehicle trial. At the core of each of those is Candy's credibility and character.

We at CSBA have many words to describe Candice, none of which invoke the idea of credibility or character.
"Not the Campaign Coordinator?"
For several months after the point Guthrie infers Candice was no longer officially involved with his campaign, she continued to promote herself as his campaign coordinator. Any reasonable person who had googled "Candice Schwager" would have KNOWN that she was his campaign coordinator because of all the places she had stated such. The reason Pittman, the "Pot Head Press" and others believed her to be his campaign coordinator was not some conspiracy to saddle Guthrie with the "Albatross known as Candice," but rather simply taking Candice at HER word that she was in fact his campaign coordinator, certainly there was nothing out there to contradict this idea and everything to promote it. Thru this, not only has Candy compromised her own credibility, but she introduced questions of the credibility of Louis Guthrie for Sheriff during the campaign.
The mountain of proof that she wanted to, at a minimum, pass herself off as Guthrie's Campaign Coordinator is hard to ignore. Yet, somehow, now she is offended that anyone would suggest that she was the campaign coordinator of Guthrie's loosing campaign, going so far as to fain ignorance as to how people would get such an idea. She feels that we observers should know that being a campaign coordinator is well out of her intellectual grasp because her expertise are within law, not politics.
Well, know this Candice, we haven't for one moment ever OVERESTIMATED your intelligence or abilities, never would we ever have thought that you could be the campaign coordinator for a WINNING political campaign. The fact that Louis Guthrie's campaign lost by such a great amount simply makes it harder to believe that you were not his campaign coordinator. ;-)
So, to us at the CSBA, it does not matter if she was or was not the Campaign Coordinator, both she and the campaign have at times stated that she was, and at times stated that she was not. This has always been a question of integrity & credibility, and Candice Schwager fails completely. For the CSBA, the gaps in credibility do not end at simply "not the Campaign Coordinator" but carry thru to many facets of Candice's life. Both previous and future posts expand on this lack of integrity and credibility in other areas of her life including "non-profits" and purported charities, the court of public opinion and the Courts of Texas.
