ReplyDeleteAn anonymous blog with anonymous comments by a person(s) who ignores the warning that test results are pending and that defendants are presumed innocent unless otherwise found guilty in a court of law. Get the facts straight.
ReplyDeleteAh, Joan its called reading, you should try it, You will notice above that it states clearly on the cover to the incident report that all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DeleteLikewise, the incident reports themselves are public record, you are more then welcome to get your own set from various law enforcement agencies if you don’t have a set already.
Thruout this blog, great care has been taken to make sure that anything alleged was presented as alleged.
And Finally, Candice DID plead guilty to DWI as a result of the arrest/incident outlined above and as reported by the Houston Press. There is no more “alleged” or waiting for tests, its done, and over, she admitted it. She was arrested, she was indicted by a grand jury, she was prosecuted, she made a plea deal, was sentenced, and is actually currently still fulfilling the terms of that sentence. So maybe you should get the facts straight.
