CSBA: @PolitixRagDoll Sock Puppet Meltdown?

It has been a head spinning weekend in the Candy-verse!  Did Candice Schwager manufacture a fight with one of her own sock puppets?  Would Candice sacrifice an established sock puppet to make herself look like a martyr?  Would Candice Schwager try to "hack" her twitter followers under the cover of a fight with her own sock puppet?

@PolitixRagDoll has been Candice Schwagers main account for several months now.  However last night, she decided to change the user name to @RenegadeAngie and switched to a Tomb Raider avatar.  Although changing her name is notable all on its own, there may be a bigger connection here.

Much more after the jump!

This past Saturday, Candy got into a tiff with the user @DanaPenny about a comment made to Candy's twitter feed.  Candy responded in her usual lady like fashion, and then started a campaign to block @DanaPenny—enlisting pawns along the way.
It is our understanding that Candy used her @PolitixRagDoll account as well as her @SophieLaner account to send Direct Messages (DM's) to their followers, asking them to block @DanaPenny.  Shortly after this campaign began, at least one user noted that the DM coming from Candice Schwager was in fact a malicious DM to hack or takeover his account.
When asked if Candy had sent people DM's to block @DanaPenny, that were actually fronts for malicious code, she denied they were from her and suddenly jumped on the hacker band wagon herself.
Just like in poker, often sock puppets made to look like a real person "tell" on themselves.  The biggest tell is when the Puppeteer slips and makes a comment from one sock puppet account that obviously should have been from a different sock puppet account.  Candy does this frequently.  Another tell that is less obvious, but certainly just as informative, is when one train of thought moves thru multiple accounts, often times growing bigger in scope at each hop.  Usually this is a result of the puppeteer either loosing track of "who" had the idea in the first place or they jumped the gun with one sock puppet and they want to go bigger with that idea with a different one—assuming of course nobody notices.

This AM, as we began to sort thru the weekend events, we noticed one of those telling hops.  As it was alleged that Candy had been sending "Hacker DM's" and she had to try to deny the block @DanaPenny campaign,  a certainly topical tweet came from @DanaPenny
A seemingly witty response to the situation, right? And then, about a day later, MAGICALLY, that thought grows to not just tweeting about feeling like Angelina Jolie, but why not change user names and avatars to be the persona "Angelina Jolie/Tomb Raider?"  The problem/Tell: it appears to be a hop from a sock puppet account to the puppeteers account.  Did Candice forget which account felt like "Angelina Jolie?"  Did she think that @DanaPenny's tweet would go unnoticed? So the question becomes: is @DanaPenny also a sock puppet of Candice Schwager or coincidentally someone momentarily caught up in the Candy-verse?

Before Candy changed her main account name, we at the CSBA were already participating in a debate as to: @DanaPenny sock puppet or not.  Would Candice create a sock puppet account to stage a fight with—creating a "martyr" moment for sympathy?  Would Candy manufacture a DM Hacking attack or worse yet, would she try to hack her follower's accounts thru her own DM's for some nefarious reason? Are these tactics she has employed in the past?  We sometimes joke at Candy's mental acuity, but in all seriousness, in a world of step by step instructions, she could have easily been trying to "hack" and/or trying to figure out how to "hack" her "friends" twitter accounts.  Did she change names of her active accounts; @PolitixRagDoll --> @RenegadeAngie, sock puppet account @SophieLaner --> @MarilynMunnroe, and 3 day old sock puppet account @SelenaNiccole --> @SweetKarolinne; to try to distance herself from her "Hacking Debacle?"  We ended our debate undecided, tho, after last nights name change, we consulted our Magic 8 ball and it said "All Signs Point To Yes".

Raise your hand if you believe in coincidence.
