Crazy Train Still Rolling…

Ok, so here is what we know at this moment.  After one delay after another, yesterday was the day.  What we know is that the court records indicate that the result of yesterdays scheduled hearing was “Pled Guilty” and the next appearance will be next week for “Sentencing” on 11-17-2014.

What is not know?  Well, we don’t know if Candice Schwager pled guilty to the full charge or if there was a plea deal or some reduced charge yet.

It could very well be that some deal was made that she pled guilty to a lesser charge and ultimately the court does not decide if she was guilty of intoxicated assault with a vehicle.

So where does the crazy part come in? Well, in true Candy fashion she has taken this opportunity to blog about her feelings:

and

As always, she keeps it classy and professional (we fully expect that she will pull these posts within hours, which is def. her MO).  As always, tho, she pulled the political scape goat out and trotted it around.

Its important to note, that in her big case against her son’s school that involved the earth shaking RICO charges against everyone on the school’s side, she has claimed victory over the school time and time again.  In fact, she has made a career of chasing short buses and guardianship cases based on her “heroics” in taking on her son’s school district. What she doesn’t tell people is that she dropped the case in the final days of safe harbor protection.  The case(s) never proceeded to court, so there was no judgement against the school or staff, no RICO convictions, she didn’t win, she didn’t prove anything legally, and she certainly didn’t change things.  In reality, she did have one victory over the school’s defense team tho, because she dropped her claims before the expiration of the safe harbor laws, they could not counter claim frivolous lawsuit against her.

So, given that, I would take her blog post with a grain of salt.

So next week, there will be a sentencing, and after that, the Civil proceedings will be here before you know it.  Just remember tho, if you read it in a tweet, it must be true!

  2. Amazing.

I just can't decide who would best portray Candice in the inevitable Lifetime Channel movie celebrating her "heroic" exploits. Hollywood simply doesn't have an actress that can plumb the depths of depravity, self absorption, righteous indignation, victimhood, and unhinged legal theatrics that comprise Candice's persona.

    1. I Vote Charlie Sheen as it takes someone who has truly suffered the way Candice has suffered, to truly know what the effects of driving while chemically enhanced, to truly know what it is like to live every day “winning” to emote the true inner strength and beauty that is Candice Schwager.

Tho, Makeup FX will have their work cut out for them taking a pretty face like his and knocking it down a couple of notches. And if he’s not available, any of those crazy women from Real House Wives…

  3. yea... The DA withheld information that proved Candice was not drunk on anything. So the courts reduced the crime so that they would not find egg on their face!

    1. Thanks for Chiming in Candice, The question is, can you substantiate that the DA withheld info? Besides, Intoxication in Texas covers more then just being drunk.

This has been Candy’s defense from day 1, but nowhere was Candice ever accused of being “drunk” it went well beyond that and you know it.

The courts reducing it from Intoxicated Assault with Vehicle to DWI is hardly the court “admitting” that there was no proof of intoxication (influence). Candice signing the plea to DWI & waiving right to appeal when there is proof she is innocent?—Total Hog Wash, she would never give in like that.

We will be exploring this topic in greater detail in an upcoming blog post.
