B.E.A.C.H. Coastal Special Needs, Inc. was a non-profit founded by Candice Schwager in the state of Florida in 2011.  However, it was dissolved in 2012 after reporting that it did not ever actually begin operations.

There are def. a lot of anomalies as  noted in the documents concerning names and addresses.  Our research shows, however, there is also a fairly interesting back story as well.  In December of 2010, Schwager announced the expansion into Florida with the addition of a woman living in Florida to the Attorney's for Special Needs Children organization.  A few months later, Candice, using a sock puppet name, denounced the woman in Florida, made many accusations about her and forged on with her own plan.
